HR & Admin Manager
Work Location : Head Office / HR & Org
Reporting To : Divisional Manager/Head of Dept.
Responsibilities
– Monitor the fund position and advise the management on the receivables and payables
– Builds a world class HR team of professionals that possess state of the art professional knowledge.
– Understand the business issues and opportunities and develop the team accordingly.
– Leads the HR team in the creation and implementation of progressive initiatives in all HR areas, including talent recruiting and selection, benefits, compensation, wellness, training, performance management and reward systems, and employee relations that align the people strategies with the Company’s business strategies and that contribute to a motivated workforce.
– Design and develops effective succession planning process to insure management and professional readiness to meet the growth plans of the company. Assures adequate cross-training for division coverage and employee development.
– Creates, develops, implements, and evaluates all Human Resource programs and supporting systems to insure an integrated approach to all Human Resource systems, practices, policies, and procedures.
– Manages recruitment and selection activities for all salaried and represented positions of division staff, including Job Analysis and the development and implementation of valid selection tools. Leads recruitment team to develop strategic workforce plans, and the recruitment and retention strategies to meet the needs of the company.
– Oversees labor relations function.
– Provide leadership for all employee relations to assess, investigate, mediate and correct issues.
– Ensures the efficient design and implementation of on-boarding and orientation of all Eram employees to actively engage new employees and insure a lasting understanding of the culture, ethics, and expectations of the Company
– Creates a performance driven culture through the development and implementation of a Compensation and Performance Management philosophy and system that optimizes the resources of the Company and delivers valued, competitive, and cost effective recognition and reward programs
– Consults with and mentors managers on employee relations issues. Assures that appropriate corrective actions are consistently administered. Counsels employees when necessary.
– Interviews, hires, develop and trains Human Resource staff assign work and manage the performance of HR team.
– Evaluates Human Resources policies and procedures. Revises and develops new policies and procedures as needed. Assures consistent application and adherence to standards of conduct and performance.
– Oversees record keeping and retention, assuring that support functions are carried out according to prescribed procedures and good customer service is provided.

Cashier
Work Location : Head Office / Accounts – Finance Department
Reporting to : Chief Accountant /Accounts Manager
Responsibilities
– Maintain and Safe Custody of Petty Cash Float of SAR One Million.
– Disbursement of vacation settlement & other employee related payment’s.
– Disbursement of Monthly Cash Salaries of own & outsource employees.
– Disbursement of site & admin. Employees cash salary.
– Disbursement of all other petty cash claims and handling.
– Check accuracy, supporting documentation’s, approvals and proper accounting of petty cash claims.
– Prepare petty cash reimbursement claims and submit for cheque preparation on a timely basis to ensure that adequate cash balance is available at all times.
– Ensure that all IOU`s and any advances are recovered.
– Reconcile cash balance with branch offices, and obtaining balance confirmations on regular basis.
– Prepare and maintain record for tallying the physical cash balance with properly maintained book balance duly signed and approved, on a monthly basis.

Legal Officer
Work Location : Head Office / HR & Org
Reporting To : Divisional Manager/Head of Dept.
Responsibilities
– Supervising all government related activities with respect to the employee as well as organization.
– Proper management of Saudi admin employees
– Maintain saudization percentage by monitoring the employee turn over
– Ensure proper enrollment in GOSI
– Ensure proper management of HRDF
– Providing information for a portion in Form 3. Felicitate submission of Form 3 on time (ie, monthly once or as directed by the management)
– Custodian of login credential of government websites related to General Service activities.
– Monitor a firm’s legal affairs, ensuring that they remain in compliance with all laws and regulations concerning their field.
– Provide legal advice to internal departments when required supporting the business in taking related decisions
– Participate in internal and external legal projects related to national policies, regulations and decisions.
– Participate in designing the Legal Affairs framework and install best-practices, methodologies, techniques and principles.

Operations Manager

Responsibilities
– Responsible for day to day operational activities.
– Full responsibility to reduce the standby.

Accounts Manager

Responsibilities
– Monitors compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
– Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in accounting entries, documents, and reports.
– Review accounts payables and petty cash payments, salary payments and all other payments and submit for Management approvals.
– Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits.
– Compiles and analyzes accounting information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, and documents business transactions.
– Analyze transactional processes and identify areas where additional accuracies and efficiencies can be achieved.
– Adheres to internal and external deadlines.
– Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
– Review of Bank Reconciliations, Inter-company Reconciliations, Debtors Reconciliation, month end provision entries, prepaid amortization and FA depreciation entries

Responsibilities

– Vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors.
– Ensure doors are locked after hours.

– Maintains safe and clean cafeteria area by cleaning it regularly.
– Remove the cups / glass /plates and clean the area where the refreshment is served
– Refill necessary items for the refreshment needs
